A lovely well equipped modern villa with stunning sea views. Positive: It had stunning views of the sea and wonderful sunsets. Shops, restaurants and a lovely beach were a short walk away. The villa was modern, well equipped, comfortable and easily accessible for my disabled elderly mother because there was a lift serving all floors. The host, Petra was very welcoming, helpful and kind. Negative: Maybe just the building work nearby but it wasn’t that noisy, short working hours and actually quite entertaining to watch.

From the villa to the host (Petra) everything was perfect for a relaxing stay Positive: The property is modern, fully equipped clean and fresh Negative: Additional hairdryers in each room as I stayed with four ladies and they had to share the one between them.

Positive: Lokalita byla na samotě kde časem vyroste bohatá čtvrť, ačkoliv si do nejbližší restaurace nebo baru zajdete 10 minut pěšky a na pláž 15 minut, vila s dokonalým výhledem na moře by jinak nemohla splňovat to očekávání. Každé ráno se probudit a z terasy pozorovat moře byla nádhera, pokud se poštěstila i dobrá viditelnost tak jsme dohlédli až na La Gomeru. Paní Petra velice přátelská a pro nás o co více speciální bylo, že pocházíme ze stejné země. Jakmile jsme ji požádali o taxi do destinace Las Americas ve 23:00, vyšla nám vstříc a do 5 minut jsme měli odvoz tam i později nazpět. Zkrátka vilu jsme si zamilovali. Negative: Pro mladé lidi to okolí může být nevyhovující z důvodu klidu, kolem žádný bar, supermarket apod. Ale i na to jsme byli připraveni a měli půjčené auta z letiště, tudíž to pro nás mínus nebylo a vše jsme si byli schopni zařídit.

Positive: struttura di nuova costruzione, bellissima, moderna, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. L’host gentilissima e molto disponibile. Negative: Pulizia scarsa se non addirittura assente. Presenza di blatte nei bagni, nelle camere e nella cucina, dove erano presenti anche tantissime formiche.

Excellent Positive: The property is very nice and comfortable. Negative: The construction works in the back of the house were very noisy.

Amazing Place Positive: Place was amazing, very spacious and clean. The layout was ideal, bedrooms on lower levels meant people could sleep and not be disturbed by people in the living area or terrace. Negative: Because it's a new development the address isnt on the maps of taxis yet so was hassle getting them but that isnt the fault of the property owners, just mentioning it for reference.

Excellent stay in a beautiful villa, host was great and would highly recommend. Positive: We enjoyed the huge size of the property along with the excellent facilities. The swimming pool was great to go for a little dip. Negative: The Wi-Fi hadn’t worked the full time we had stayed and we therefore had to use our mobile data which racked up a big charge.
